This course will benefit all students who love writing, as well as students who need motivation to enjoy it more! The key topics addressed are:

• Essay writing

• Creativity

• Grammar

Students will learn how to develop their ideas and organize their thoughts into coherent essays. Through creative practice they will learn to expand their writing by adding interesting details.

Students will revisit reading comprehension skills such as questioning, predicting, inferring, synthesizing, and visualizing.  They will learn how to generate well-written responses to a text. 

​

Throughout the course, students will be taught grammar rules which they will be required to incorporate them into their writing.
